Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping cost

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $3.95. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, customs, peak periods). If your order is significantly late, reach out — we'll help.

Lost or stuck packages

If a package is lost in transit, contact support@getsolemate.com and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
